I appreciated the staff's promptness in accommodating my room changes, which made my stay easier. While everything was enjoyable, I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the air-conditioned rooms, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The sound-proofed windows ensured a restful night. My satisfaction with the hotel was profound, and I am grateful for the hospitality extended to me during my visit.
